Market Ingredients:
1 bunch arugula (@southernstarfarm)
1 bunch dino kale (@flintrockhillfarm)
1 bunch rainbow chard (@bouldinfoodforest)
1 bunch green onions (@bernhardtsfarm)
2 bell peppers (any color) (@bernhardtsfarm)
For the dressing:
1/4 cup peach vinegar (@luminariaacres)
1/3 cup olive oil (@txhillcountryoliveoil)
2 Tbl honey (@austin_honey_co)
Salt + pepper, to taste
Directions:
Wash, dry, and chop all produce into bite-sized pieces.
Whisk together dressing ingredients.
Pour dressing over salad and gently toss together.
Serve! This makes a great, healthy base for other salad toppings like nuts, cheese, or other crunchy veg.
