Market Ingredients: 

  • 1 bunch arugula (@southernstarfarm)

  • 1 bunch dino kale (@flintrockhillfarm)

  • 1 bunch rainbow chard (@bouldinfoodforest)

  • 1 bunch green onions (@bernhardtsfarm)

  • 2 bell peppers (any color) (@bernhardtsfarm)

For the dressing:

  • 1/4 cup peach vinegar (@luminariaacres)

  • 1/3 cup olive oil (@txhillcountryoliveoil)

  • 2 Tbl honey (@austin_honey_co)

  • Salt + pepper, to taste

Directions:

  1. Wash, dry, and chop all produce into bite-sized pieces.

  2. Whisk together dressing ingredients.

  3. Pour dressing over salad and gently toss together.

  4. Serve! This makes a great, healthy base for other salad toppings like nuts, cheese, or other crunchy veg.
