Tamale Addiction was founded by husband and wife Adrian and Mariana Paredes when an opportunity arose to sell tamales at a local farmers’ market. They worked all week to prepare 80 tamales for their first market and sold out within an hour! The couple rose to the task before them: going organic, local, and creating vegan and vegetarian options for their customers. Now their production has grown to 1,500 tamales a day in their own 3,000 sq. ft. kitchen facility!
